Job Description:
Qatar Airways is currently seeking a talented and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will allow you to work from home, providing flexibility in your work environment. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to Qatar Airways.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner. 2. Develop and implement strategies to strengthen client relationships and increase customer retention. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination in delivering exceptional service to clients. 4. Monitor client satisfaction levels through regular feedback and surveys, taking action to address any issues that may arise. 5. Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Qatar Airways products and services to existing clients. 6. Analyze data and trends to provide insights into client behavior and preferences, helping to drive strategic decision-making. 7. Prepare and present regular reports on client performance and satisfaction to senior management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations or account management. 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. 4. Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and exceeding revenue targets. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote work setting. 7. Adaptability and a strong work ethic, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 8. Excellent teamwork and project management skills, with a focus on delivering results.
