Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Snoonu is seeking a Client Relations Representative to join our dynamic team in Doha. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the overall growth of the business.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups - Answer client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings - Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and provide ongoing support - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients - Conduct research on industry trends and competitor analysis to provide insights to clients - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely manner - Provide regular updates to management on client feedback and satisfaction levels - Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent research skills to gather information and insights for clients - Motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
