Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Specialist at Mall of Qatar, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain relationships with our valued clients. This is a work-from-home position, where you will have the opportunity to interact with clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Build strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction with Mall of Qatar’s products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate complex cases when necessary - Provide clients with information about products, promotions, and events happening at Mall of Qatar - Keep detailed records of client interactions and update client profiles in our CRM system - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations to enhance the overall client experience

Requirements: - Reliable and hardworking individual with a strong commitment to customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated leadership abilities and project management skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting - Comfortable using technology and learning new software programs - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required, training will be provided
