Remote Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

Qatar Aeronautical College is currently seeking a Remote Client Service Assistant to join our team in Doha. This is an entry-level position with no prior experience required. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, reliable, and possess strong project management and people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent client service remotely via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with inquiries, technical issues, and account management - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assist in developing and implementing client service strategies - Collaborate with colleagues to improve overall client satisfaction - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in client service - Other duties as assigned

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client service software - Knowledge of project management principles - Experience in people management a plus
