Remote Client Service Manager

Job Description:

RasGas Company Limited is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Remote Client Service Manager to join our team. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing client relationships remotely and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Understand client needs and requirements, and provide solutions to meet their objectives - Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of services - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and concerns - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues in a timely manner - Conduct research to understand client industries and tailor services accordingly - Make data-driven decisions to improve client service and satisfaction

Requirements: - 8 years of experience in client service or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent research and decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and remotely - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
