Job Description - Client Service Officer

Job Description:


Katara Hospitality, a leading hospitality company based in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a Client Service Officer to join our team. The Client Service Officer will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. This role will require a high level of professionalism, communication skills, and attention to detail.


Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns - Ensure client satisfaction by addressing any issues promptly and effectively - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Provide clients with information about products and services - Maintain accurate records of client interactions - Assist with client onboarding and offboarding processes - Monitor client accounts and provide reports as needed - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth within existing client base


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and be reliable - Strong people management and teamwork skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
