Client Service Officer

Job Description:

United Development Company is currently seeking a passionate and hardworking Client Service Officer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Interact with clients to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services - Handle and resolve client complaints in a professional and timely manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Work closely with other team members to coordinate client requests and ensure seamless communication - Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and improve service offerings - Collaborate with internal departments to address client needs and ensure a positive client experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations to clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or client relations - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues - Strong analytical skills to evaluate client needs and provide tailored solutions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting - Passion for providing exceptional service to clients and exceeding their expectations
