Client Service Officer

Job Description:

As a Client Service Officer at Qatar Museums, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and visitors. You will serve as the first point of contact for all inquiries, providing information about our museums, exhibitions, events, and services. Your main goal will be to ensure that every visitor has a positive experience and leaves satisfied with the level of service they receive.

Responsibilities: 1. Greet and welcome visitors to Qatar Museums in a friendly and professional manner. 2. Assist visitors with information about exhibitions, events, ticket prices, and museum facilities. 3. Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely responses. 4. Process ticket sales, memberships, and other transactions accurately and efficiently. 5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless visitor experience. 7. Handle visitor feedback and complaints professionally and escalate issues as needed. 8. Provide support during events, exhibitions, and special programs as required. 9. Continuously update your knowledge of Qatar Museums' offerings to provide accurate information to visitors. 10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 3. Energetic and resilient personality. 4. Ability to work well in a team environment. 5. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required. 6. Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings. 7. Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. 8. Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations. 9. Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations quickly. 10. Must be a Qatar resident or have the ability to work legally in Qatar.
