Client Service Officer

As a Client Service Officer at Qatar National Cement Company, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional customer service and managing client relationships. Your resourcefulness and drive will be essential in delivering outstanding service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Interact with clients to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. 2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. 3. Communicate with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively. 5. Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients. 6. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with the most relevant information.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or client management role. 2. Resourceful and driven personality traits. 3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 4. Creativity and cooperation as soft skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change easily. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
