Client Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Client Service Officer at Vodafone Qatar, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work from home. We are seeking a passionate and resilient individual with at least 4 years of experience in client services.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts - Build strong relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met - Manage client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Develop and implement strategic plans to improve client satisfaction and retention - Provide regular updates and reports to management on client accounts - Conduct regular client meetings and presentations - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in client services or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Strategic planning and people management skills - Technical proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
