Client Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Client Service Officer to join our team at Barwa Group. This is a full-time, entry-level position that can be done remotely from your home in Doha, Qatar.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met. 2. Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels. 3. Assist clients with inquiries, problem-solving, and account management. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 5. Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to improve services. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client services.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 1 year of experience in a similar role. 3. Motivated and confident with excellent communication skills. 4. Creativity and adaptability to solve problems and meet client needs. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a global team. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
