Client Service Representative

Job Description: Sidra Medicine is seeking a dedicated Client Service Representative to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and patients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients and patients to understand their needs and address any inquiries or concerns. 2. Schedule appointments, handle billing inquiries, and assist with insurance verification. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience. 5. Manage client relationships and build rapport to enhance overall satisfaction. 6. Provide support and guidance to clients throughout their visit to Sidra Medicine.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with confidence. 3. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Strong people management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 5. Independent and self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
