Remote Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Vodafone Qatar is seeking a motivated and resourceful Remote Client Service Representative to join our team in Doha, QA. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally - Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide clients with accurate information - Provide timely and accurate responses to client requests for information or support - Contribute to the overall success of the team by meeting and exceeding performance targets

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Must be motivated, resourceful, cooperative, and have strong analytical skills
