Job Description:
The Qatar Mobility Innovations Center is seeking a dedicated and confident Client Service Representative to join our team in Doha. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed - Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration of our services - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client service or customer support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Familiarity with the mobility industry is a plus
Personality traits required: - Confidence in interacting with clients and colleagues - Dedication to providing exceptional service and exceeding client expectations
Soft skills required: - Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and data analysis - Excellent communication skills for clear and effective client interaction
