Client Service Specialist

Snoonu is seeking a dedicated and confident Client Service Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level professional with at least 2 years of experience in client services, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat 2. Build and maintain strong client relationships 3. Provide product and service information to clients 4. Manage and resolve client complaints 5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met 6. Assist with client onboarding and training 7. Track and report on client activity and feedback 8. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services 9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition

Requirements: 1. Associate Level professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in client services 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3. Excellent planning and organization skills 4. Persuasive and able to influence others 5. Ability to handle high-stress situations and resolve conflicts 6. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software 7. Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
