Remote Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Qatar Solar Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Remote Client Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in Doha. As a Remote Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients from a remote location.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify any areas for improvement. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues effectively. 4. Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions. 5. Provide product information and guidance to clients to ensure they are maximizing the benefits of our services. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients. 7. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution. 8. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall client experience.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 7. Hardworking and reliable with a strong work ethic. 8. Critical thinking and analytical skills. 9. Ability to adapt to change and be proactive in finding solutions. 10. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
