Remote Client Service Specialist

Job Description: Vodafone Qatar is seeking a Remote Client Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in Doha. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer-centric focus.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues with tact and efficiency - Provide product and service information to clients - Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Energetic and adaptable personality - Strong teamwork and planning skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Knowledge of telecommunications industry is a plus
