Client Service Specialist - Work from home

Qatar National Cement Company is seeking a motivated and energetic Client Service Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work from home. We are looking for someone with a driven attitude and strong critical thinking skills to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Handling client inquiries and providing information about products and services - Resolving client complaints in a professional and timely manner - Building and maintaining strong client relationships - Assisting with the onboarding process for new clients - Collaborating with other team members to ensure client satisfaction - Keeping detailed records of client interactions - Meeting and exceeding performance targets and goals

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment - Customer service experience is a plus
