Client Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Starlink Qatar is seeking a dedicated and resilient Client Support Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing support to our clients in Doha, QA. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide product and service information to clients, guiding them through any issues they may encounter - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolution of any issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify areas for improvement in client support processes and procedures

Requirements: - Proven experience in a client support role - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to understand and empathize with clients' needs - Analytical skills to assess client needs and provide appropriate solutions - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus
