As a Client Support Manager at Qatar Science & Technology Park, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients. You will work remotely from home, providing support and guidance to our clients in Doha, Qatar.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions that meet their requirements - Manage client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention - Provide support and guidance to clients on various products and services offered by the company - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise - Develop and implement strategies to increase client engagement and retention - Conduct regular reviews and assessments of client accounts to identify areas for improvement and growth - Manage and track client support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of issues - Prepare and deliver reports to management on client satisfaction, feedback, and performance - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide the highest level of service to clients
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in client support or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Energetic and hardworking personality traits - Excellent presentation and project management skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities - Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
