Client Support Officer

Job Description:

RasGas Company Limited is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Support Officer in Doha, Qatar. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person to address their inquiries and concerns - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing efficient and effective support - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to clients - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to better assist clients - Handle escalated client issues with professionalism and empathy - Assist in the implementation of new client support strategies to improve overall client experience

Requirements: - Resourceful and able to work independently - Strong emotional intelligence and persuasion skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
