Job Description - Client Support Officer

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional client support through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person meetings. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns, provide solutions, and escalate technical issues if necessary. 4. Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling Ooredoo services. 5. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of client support strategies to enhance overall customer experience. 7. Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions, document conversations, and manage client data effectively.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client support or customer service role, preferably in the telecommunications industry. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients at all levels of an organization. 4. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with CRM software. 6. Driven and resourceful personality traits with a passion for delivering exceptional client service. 7. People management and project management skills to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver results.
