Client Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Qatar Aeronautical College is seeking a Client Support Officer to join our dynamic team in a full-time, work-from-home position based in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role to be considered for this opportunity.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support to clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat. 2. Resolve client inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure a seamless experience. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of client support strategies. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality of client support services. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold the company's reputation and standards of service.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred. 2. Proven experience in a client support or customer service role. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. 4. Confident and adaptable personality traits to handle a variety of client situations. 5. Proficient in decision-making and strategic planning to address client needs effectively. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 7. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills. 8. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
