Job Description:
As a Remote Client Support Representative at Qatar National Cement Company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to assist clients with any inquiries or issues they may have regarding our products or services, and to ensure that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner - Educate clients on our products and services - Work closely with other departments to address client needs and concerns - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company products and services - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and motivated individual - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to effectively manage people - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
