Remote Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Qatar Aluminum Limited is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative to join our team in Doha, QA. This is a full-time, Associate Level position that requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or client support.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients through phone, email, and chat channels - Assist clients with any inquiries or issues they may have regarding our products or services - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate responses - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex client issues - Keep detailed records of client interactions and follow up as needed - Identify trends in client feedback and communicate them to management for improvement

Requirements: - Hardworking and confident personality traits - Emotional intelligence and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work remotely and independently - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Experience using customer support software or CRM systems
