Client Support Representative - Work from home

As a Client Support Representative at Qatar Free Zones Authority, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This position offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home, providing flexibility and convenience.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise - Assist in the development and implementation of client support processes and procedures - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a client support role - Confident and passionate attitude towards client service - Strong critical thinking and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
