Remote Client Support Specialist

Job description: Qatar Sports Investments is seeking a Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team in Doha. As an entry-level position, the Remote Client Support Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various communication channels. This role requires someone who is confident, independent, cooperative, and possesses leadership qualities.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction 3. Assist clients in navigating our platform and answer their inquiries regarding products and services 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 5. Document customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues 6. Provide feedback to the team to improve processes and procedures

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field 2. 1 year of experience in customer support or a related role 3. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other support tools
