As a Client Support Specialist at United Development Company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients while working remotely from your home in Doha, Qatar. This full-time position at the associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently - Utilize a variety of communication channels to maintain positive relationships with clients - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing clients - Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and feedback - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system - Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to better serve clients
Requirements: - Resourceful and driven individual who thrives in a remote work environment - Strong people management skills to effectively handle client relationships - Creative problem-solving abilities to address client issues effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
