Remote Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Contact Center Assistant to join our team at Qatar Steel Company. As a Remote Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries and concerns, and providing excellent customer service. This role will require you to work remotely, providing support to our contact center team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide updates - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving complaints - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Provide support to the contact center team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills - Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Resilient and resourceful personality traits - Proficient in decision-making and analysis soft skills
