Job Description:
Barwa Group is seeking a confident and motivated Contact Center Associate to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our contact center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information and resolution in a timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, and order processing. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism. 4. Use decision-making skills to escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department. 5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions. 6. Perform outbound calls for follow-up on customer inquiries and feedback. 7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service. 8. Assist in implementing strategic planning initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Excellent decision-making abilities to handle customer inquiries efficiently. 4. Proven track record of strategic planning and implementation to achieve business goals. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
