Contact Center Associate - Work from home

Qatar Solar Technologies is seeking a motivated and independent Contact Center Associate to join our team on a full-time basis, working from home in Doha. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information. 3. Update customer records accurately and in a timely manner. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve performance targets. 5. Utilize critical thinking and analysis skills to identify opportunities for process improvement. 6. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding data security and customer confidentiality.

Requirements: 1. Independent and passionate individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. 2. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess customer needs and find appropriate solutions. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Arabic. 4. Proficient in using technology and software applications for contact center operations. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment. 6. Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
