Job Description:
Mall of Qatar is currently seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing support and assistance to customers in a fast-paced environment. The Contact Center Officer will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Provide product information and assistance to customers. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed. 5. Document all customer interactions and keep accurate records. 6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate as needed. 7. Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals. 8. Stay up-to-date on company products, promotions, and policies. 9. Assist with training new contact center employees as needed. 10. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a supportive team environment.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Energetic and hardworking personality traits. 6. Strong analytical skills and ability to manage people effectively. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 9. Excellent problem-solving skills. 10. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
