Job Description - Contact Center Representative

Job Description:


As a Contact Center Representative at Hilton in Doha, Qatar, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats to assist customers with inquiries, reservations, complaints, and any other related issues. You will be expected to represent the Hilton brand in a professional and friendly manner while ensuring a positive experience for all individuals you interact with.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues. 3. Manage email correspondence and live chat communication with customers. 4. Process reservations, changes, cancellations, and payments accurately. 5. Provide information about hotel facilities, services, rates, and promotions. 6. Handle customer complaints and ensure appropriate resolution. 7. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer needs. 8. Document all customer interactions and update customer records as needed. 9. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and enhance customer satisfaction. 10. Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 3. Energetic and resourceful personality traits. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to think critically and make strategic decisions. 6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 9. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. 10. Fluent in English and any additional languages is a plus.
