Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

Qatar Aluminum Limited is seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our dynamic team in Doha. As a Contact Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Providing information about products and services - Handling customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met - Continuously improving customer service processes and procedures

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Resourceful and hardworking - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Innovative mindset and persuasion skills - High school diploma or equivalent
