Job Description:
BeIN Sports is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service operations and ensuring an exceptional level of customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead a team to deliver top-notch customer service while maintaining a strong focus on business goals.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer care strategies to meet and exceed customer expectations - Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to provide excellent service - Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction - Analyze data and develop reports to track KPIs related to customer care performance - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions - Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of the customer care team - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a managerial role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of implementing successful customer care strategies - Resourceful and independent thinker with strong problem-solving abilities - Experience in project management and time management - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
