Job Description - Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a Customer Care Manager to join our team at Qatar Airways Cargo in Doha. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and customer satisfaction levels - Maintain strong relationships with customers and address any issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Train and mentor customer care staff to ensure high-quality service delivery - Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify trends - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - 7+ years of experience in customer service or related role - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Excellent research and time management skills
