Job Description - Customer Care Representative - Work from home

Job Description:


Qatar Museums is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our dynamic team. This is a work-from-home position based in Doha, Qatar. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors in a professional and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with any issues or questions they may have regarding our exhibits, events, and services. 3. Process ticket sales, reservations, and memberships accurately and efficiently. 4. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience. 6. Stay updated on current exhibitions, events, and museum policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 8. Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets set by management.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Energetic and resourceful personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 3. Strong planning and adaptability skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries and situations. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team. 6. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
