Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Qatar Steel Company in Doha. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 2. Process orders and coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with the sales team to upsell products and services to customers. 6. Provide support to the marketing team by promoting special offers and campaigns to customers. 7. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends. 8. Assist in creating customer satisfaction surveys and analyze results for continuous improvement. 9. Handle administrative tasks related to customer service, such as data entry and filing.
Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different customer needs. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude towards customer interactions. 4. Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. 5. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with different departments. 6. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer service targets. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
