Job Description - Customer Service Assistant

The Customer Service Assistant at Qatar Foundation will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all individuals interacting with the organization. This role requires a driven and dedicated individual who is committed to exceeding customer expectations and delivering delight in every interaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing. 3. Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and a focus on resolution. 4. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in the CRM system. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Act as a liaison between customers and the organization, providing feedback to improve products and services. 7. Support the customer service team with various administrative tasks as needed.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required. 6. Must be detail-oriented and organized. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
