Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Meddy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team and work from home in Doha, Qatar. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service management, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and support for our customers.


Responsibilities: - Oversee a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they provide prompt and efficient assistance to customers - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and drive customer loyalty - Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer service initiatives and projects - Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for the customer service team to enhance their skills and knowledge - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 8+ years of experience in customer service management - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and resilient with the ability to handle difficult situations effectively - Proficient in project management and planning - Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting - Demonstrated track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention
