Job Description - Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


Starlink Qatar is seeking a passionate and driven Customer Service Officer to join our team in Doha. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and strong decision-making skills in order to address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a satisfactory manner, escalating as needed to ensure resolution. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Maintain customer records and update information in the database. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and procedures. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Assist in training new customer service representatives as needed.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Ability to make quick and effective decisions. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 8. Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
