Job Description: Qatar Airways is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Representative. As a leading airline in the industry, we are looking for someone who is hardworking and committed to providing exceptional customer service to our passengers.
Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Process ticket bookings, changes, and cancellations accurately - Provide information on flight schedules, fares, and services offered by Qatar Airways - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on airline policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong critical thinking skills to assess and resolve customer issues - Negotiation skills to handle customer complaints effectively - Proficiency in using computer systems and software - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - No prior experience required, as on-the-job training will be provided
