Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Customer Service Representative to join our team at Ezdan Holding Group in Doha, Qatar. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or inquiries they may have in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Resolving customer complaints and issues with a high level of professionalism and empathy - Providing product information and guidance to customers - Processing orders and returns accurately and efficiently - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strategic planning abilities to anticipate customer needs and provide effective solutions - Adaptability to handle a variety of customer situations and personalities - Passion for providing top-notch customer service - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
