Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team at Qatar Science & Technology Park in Doha, QA. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about our products and services.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently 3. Providing information about products and services to customers 4. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges 5. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure excellent customer service 7. Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred 2. Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience required 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and preferences 5. Excellent negotiation skills 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment 8. Fluent in English and Arabic
