Qatar Museums is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Doha. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to visitors and patrons of our museums and cultural institutions.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, providing information about exhibitions, events, and membership opportunities - Assist with ticket sales, reservations, and bookings - Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude at all times - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless visitor experience - Assist with special projects and events as needed - Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations
Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong project management skills - Innovative mindset with a passion for delivering creative solutions - Reliable and dependable work ethic - Experience working in a cultural or museum setting is preferred - Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
