Job Description - Remote Customer Service Specialist

Qatar Solar Technologies is seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Doha. This is a full-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, resilient, have strong emotional intelligence, and are creative problem solvers.


As a Remote Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat. You will assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and providing information about our products and services. Additionally, you will handle customer complaints and ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide information about products, services, and promotions - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Provide feedback on customer trends and concerns to improve overall service


Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software applications - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
