Job Description - Customer Service Specialist

The Customer Service Specialist at Qatar Airways in Doha will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring a seamless travel experience from booking to arrival. The successful candidate will be passionate about the airline industry and committed to delivering a high level of service at all times.


Responsibilities: - Assisting passengers with booking flights, checking in, and resolving any issues that may arise during their journey - Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth operation and address any customer issues - Providing accurate information about flight schedules, baggage allowances, and other relevant information - Representing Qatar Airways in a positive light and upholding the company's reputation for excellence in customer service


Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude - Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations with grace - Reliable and cooperative team player with leadership qualities - Passion for the airline industry and a desire to exceed customer expectations
