Customer Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Ezdan Holding Group is currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist to work from home in Doha, Qatar. This is a full-time entry-level position with zero years of experience required. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain customer records and update databases - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer needs are met - Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements: - Resourceful and adaptable personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strategic planning and cooperation soft skills - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent - Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
