Silatech is seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Success Associate to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their success with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their success with our products and services - Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance and support - Onboard new clients and provide training on how to use our products effectively - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to existing clients - Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, and work to improve overall customer experience - Analyze customer data and provide insights to inform product development and marketing strategies
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer success or client-facing role - Energetic and independent personality with a strong drive to succeed - Strong leadership and innovation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
