Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Customer Support Associate to join our team at Silatech in Doha, QA. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any questions or issues they may have.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Communicate with other departments to escalate and resolve customer concerns. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Assist in developing customer support processes and procedures. 6. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to improve our services. 7. Work with the sales team to provide support for client onboarding and retention efforts.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role. 3. Strong project management and negotiation skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. Resourceful and able to think on your feet to solve customer issues.
